HOW DOES EPIC OPERATE RIGHT NOW?
We are committed to maintaining the health and safety of our youth and following all AHS guidelines. Because of this, we have transitioned from our normal drop-in programs to a reservation-based system. We will announce our programs and open up our sign-up links on a monthly basis. You can then reserve a spot for that month by clicking any of the links below. If a program is full, no worries, add your name to our waitlist and we’ll contact you as soon as a spot opens up.
That said, the first thing we need you to do is register your youth in our new system. We have contact info to update, waivers to agree to, and it only takes a few minutes. We need parents/guardians to sign up each of their youth by filling out the Epic Registration Form. Click the button below to sign up now!
HOW TO RESERVE A SPOT IN A PROGRAM
(IT’S AS EASY AS 1, 2, 3.):
1. Youth can reserve a spot in any of the current month’s programs via the links below.
2. They can now attend each week for the current month.
3. After that, the next month’s programs will be announced and new reservations will become available.
*If there are no spots available, feel free to add your name to our waitlist and we’ll reach out to you when a spot opens.

Sr. High School Lunch Bunch
Come grab lunch on us and spend quality time with other high school youth, before running back up to classes. Tuesdays 11:00AM-12:00PM. Grades 9-12 youth only.
EPIC Jackbox Nights
Join us for a hilariously fun games night – right from the comfort of your own home! In this remote program, we will compete in party games using the massively popular Jackbox games. All you need is a computer, a keyboard, and the desire to win.

EPIC Movie Nights
Come enjoy a movie on our big screen, complete with popcorn, treats, and great friends – and, as always, all at a safe distance. Sign up is individual per event. We want everyone to get a chance to attend.

If the event you would like to attend is already full, you can add your name to a waitlist for the following month. Just follow this link, fill out the form, select which program you want to attend, and your name will be added to that wait list. Then we’ll reach out to you as soon as a spot opens.
