Epic offers counselling for youth!
Our counselling service allows local youth to connect with a qualified counsellor, who is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and specializes in anxiety and depression. No issue is too small or unimportant to talk about – if it’s affecting you and you’d like to share it with someone who understands, then EPIC’s counselling services may be for you.
